We guarantee that all products are of good quality, and that they will work
This means that they will:
- not leak if fitted and laundered correctly
- be easy to launder and quick drying
- be cost effective
if you find that any item has faults in the fabric or production, then you may return it for a full refund of purchase price, or an exchange item.
If the nappies are not what you expected from the information we have given on the website – you can return the items for a full refund, no questions asked. Please contact us within 2 weeks of receipt of your order to claim.
We guarantee that your covers will fit
We know that babies come in different sizes, and if you order a cover that turns out to be the wrong size, you are able to exchange it for a different size – at no additional cost.
If you buy your nappies before your baby is born, and your baby turns out to be too big for the newborn cover then you can exchange the newborn covers for a larger size – at no additional cost.
We guarantee that the covers will be waterproof
If you find that the waterproof fabric fails to continue to be waterproof within 4 months of use, we will replace the cover.
Because we realise that when you buy an all-you-need pack, you will not necessarily be using all the covers within 4 months of the purchase date, we will honour this 4 month period PER cover – so you can get a guaranteed 16 months of waterproof wear for your baby.
The ALL YOU NEED PACK will be all you need
We guarantee that you will have the right size covers for your baby. If you buy the all you need pack, and your baby is bigger than average – you may find that they outgrow the large covers before they are out of nappies. If this occurs we will provide 5 XL covers at half the retail price.
Guaranteed safety of information
Ecobots collects your information to be able to offer you deals, guarantees and information that might be of interest to you. We don’t use this information for any other purpose, and we don’t share your personal details with any other company or person. That would be plain bad manners.
We do not store your credit card details on any database, either on the website or our accounting package.
Disclaimers:
To return goods that are not what you expected, they need to be returned in the condition they were received – ie un-used and unwashed. Please contact us within 2 weeks of receipt of your order.
To return covers/nappies that do not fit, please contact us within 2 weeks of receipt to exchange these. If you are waiting for your baby to be born to check, then please contact us as soon as possible.
Please contact us prior to returning any goods so we can expect them.
If the items do not last as long as expected we will replace them provided that you have taken all due care of them, washed as recommended – and not used them for purposes other than what’s intended!
