Lunette menstrual cup sizes

Available in two sizes; model 1 and model 2.

• The model 1 cup is the smaller cup, measuring 41 mm across by 47 mm long. It has a capacity of 25 ml and the stem is 25 mm.
  • Model 1 is made of a slightly softer silicone than the model 2.
  • This size is recommended for a light to medium flow.
  • It is also better for people who haven’t had children, are young, or those with very strong core muscles, such as those who do a lot of yoga.
• The model 2 on the other hand measures 46 mm across by 52 mm long.
  • It has a capacity of 30 ml and a stem of 20 mm.
  • Model 2 is slightly firmer than the model 1 and is recommended for women with a medium to heavy flow.
  • It would also be more likely to be suitable for someone who has had a baby or is over 30.

Not only is this product better for the environment as it is reused each month, with proper care it can last for anywhere between five and ten years without needing to be replaced. The cup can be left internally for up to 12 hours before emptying.
