Shipping and returns information for Nappyneedz

Shipping

• We charge a flat rate in New Zealand of $8 for orders up to the value of $150. For orders over the value of $150 shipping is free.
• Shipping is a flat rate of $30 per order for Australia, with free delivery on orders over $200.
• It is $45.50 per order for the rest of the World.
• We are happy to ship worldwide. We are based in New Zealand and most parcels take around a week to reach the rest of the world. This is via New Zealand post airmail.
• Items to New Zealand addresses are sent via courier or standard New Zealand Post. They will generally arrive 1-3 days after despatch.
• Items are shipped on the next working day following receipt of payment.
• If your item is delayed and you are still waiting for delivery sometime after the item is marked as sent, please let me know.
• For customers who live in the Dunedin area, then shipping is free.  We will deliver your item ourselves within the next two working days.
• If there is any delay in shipping at this end, then we will contact you to let you know about this delay and update with any details.
• Delivery and shipping times are subject to the weather, and action of parties that are sometimes out of our control. We will endeavour to get items to you as quickly as we are able.

Returns

• Should you wish to return an item, then please do so within one month of receipt. Items are accepted in an un-used, unwashed condition.
• Should your item develop a fault then please email me kelly@nappyneedz.com, before returning the item with details of the problem.
• Please refer to our warranty and guarantee section for more information on returns due to faults.
