  1. Real nappies have an organic cotton range that you can select for the inserts in their bundle packs do you have the same?

  2. Hi I’m looking at purchasing your cotton prefold pack. I’ve noticed your product is very similar to real nappies brand, but cheaper in price. How do you rate your product compared to thiers. I’m looking for absorbtion, less leakage, drying factor on washing line, and over all quality 🙂

    1. Thanks for your question. Our prefolds are very similar to the Real Nappies prefolds. In terms of absorption and quality, I would say that the prefolds are more or less the same from both companies. The Ecobots prefolds are a slightly different size to the Real Nappies, our newborn size is slightly smaller, which makes them less bulky. Where the two brands are significantly different is the covers. Our covers are made in the US and feature leg gussets which help hold things in. I have spoken to many people who have tried both brands, but prefer our covers for this reason.

      I hope that this helps

  3. Hi there,

I’m looking at getting set up with ecobots nappies, and I have a miscellaneous bunch I’ve acquired second hand. I’m trying to get more of the sizes I need and I’m getting really confused. I want to be sure than when I buy more I’m actually buying the sizes I don’t have already. I don’t want to end up with heaps of the same and then nothing of others!

What I’ve managed to gather so far is that there are basically only four sizes of prefolds, and up to 7 different sizes of outer covers. They seem to come with a line of colour to indicate size so if you could let me know what colour means what size that would be helpful!

Here’s what I think I’ve got figured out so far:
    Prefolds:
White trim – Newborn size – 26x37cm when new – intended to fit prem/newborn/small covers
    Green trim – Infant size – 30 x 40cm when new – intended to fit small/med covers
Blue trim – Regular size – 37x53cm when new – intended to fit large/xl
Super ?what colour trim – 37x56cm when new and more layers of fabric

Covers – that have a line of colour along the velco
    Prem – ?what colour
    New born (2.5 – 4.5kg)- ?red line
    Small (4.5 – 6kg) – ?green line
    Med (6 – 11.5kg) – ?
    Large (11 – 16kg) – ?blue line
    XL (15.5 – 20kg) – ?
    XXL – ?

If you could help me fill in the blanks that would be really helpful!

      XL (15.5 – 20kg) – Black Line
XXL – Black line. Most babies don’t go into this size and I’ve only sold a handful. There are quite a bit bigger than the XL covers.

  4. Kiaora we are very interested in ecobot nappies however you don’t seem to have an x_large size. Our son uses 16kg + huggie nappies are there bigger ecobot sizes

Thank you hope to hear back soon

    1. Hi, we do an XL size, at the moment we have the XL covers, but not listed as a trial pack. If you would like a trial pack in the XL size, then select Large and then in the comments, say that you’d like XL.
